Real Scottish People's League Week 16

Motherwell extended their lead at the top of the Real SPL to 11 points with a 0-0 draw at home to Dundee Utd.

There was a 'swap of the Saints' as St Johnstone took St Mirren's place in second place thanks to a 3-1 victory over Hibs. The Easter Road side took the lead in from of their new manager Pat Fenlon, who then watched his new players unfold in dramatic style as the Perth club took charge and an easy win.

Game of the day saw Aberdeen and Dunfermline both move up a place in the RSPL as they shared the spoils in a six-goal thriller at Easy End Park. Aberdeen took the lead with their first away goal of the season, but folded after the break, gifting the Pars a 3-1 lead. The Dons fought back thanks to a stroke of luck when Dunfermline hit the post instead of making it 4-1 seconds before gifting Aberdeen an own goal, then the Reds got a deserved equaliser at the end of a sustained period of pressure through Josh Magennis. The result means that Aberdeen still haven't won an away game and the Pars haven't won at home this season.

Hapless Inverness Caley Thistle stay bottom despite a spirited performance at Tynecastle. Hearts' 2-1 win sees them move up a place to fourth.
