Real Scottish People's League Week 13

If leaders Motherwell went up to bottom club Inverness Caley Thistle expecting a cruise, they will have received a shock - the Highlanders took the lead twice but each time were pegged back by the Lanarkshire club. Then in the cruellest manner possible, Well won the game with just three minutes left on the clock to record their eighth win of the season, and extend their lead at the top to a full 10 points.

There was lots of movement in the meat of the table, with St Mirren, Dundee Utd and Kilmarnock all climbing in the standings thanks to away wins at St Johnstone, Dunfermline and Hearts respectively.

Today's RSPL results mean that Motherwell are running away with the lead and Dunfermline and Inverness are becoming increasingly isolated at the foot, but with four points covering the remaining teams who are swapping positions on a weekly basis, the race for European places is set to be a thrilling one.
