Ricky 'N' Rocky To Face Hull

NEW Dons boss Mark McGhee will pick up the pieces of the Dons Euro disaster and prepare to face Hull tomorrow - with two new faces in the squad.

The manager, who was a distraught figure on the touchline during Thursday's 3-0 defeat, is desperate to bring in new faces to replace his Europa flops.

And the first step in what will be a busy week for the Reds gaffer is his plan to trial Rohan Ricketts and Craig Rocastle in Sunday's Dean Windass testimonial.

Forward Ricketts, 26, has played for Spurs, Wolves, Barnsley and Toronto since coming through the Arsenal youth set-up.

And Dons fans will remember midfielder Rocastle, 27, from his time at Hibs in 2004/05, when he earned many plaudits while on loan from Chelsea.

McGhee said: "The two of them have been around the English leagues and have experience.

"Ricketts has been playing with Toronto. He is a lively forward and, while some have questioned his workrate, he has ability.

"Everyone knows Craig from his Hibs days, where he did quite well.

"They will have a chance on Sunday to show us what they can do."

McGhee also used an interview on official AFC website RedWeb to quash the rumours linking Zander Diamond with a move to Celtic.

"We have no knowledge of any interest from Celtic in Zander Diamond," he said.
