Dons go down at home in today's international reserve fixture.
ABERDEEN Reserves lost 3-1 to a strong Kaunas XI in an International Reserve Points Challenge match at Links Park today.
Kaunas came through the fixture thanks to two goals from their midfielder Linas Pilibaitis either side of half time, between Stuart Smith's second-minute own goal and Yeovil-bound Gary Dempsey's consolation penalty.
Lithuanian club Kaunas, who donned
Heart of Midlothian strips for the encounter, have donated their three points from the game to former Edinburgh club Hearts' reserve team.
