THE OFFICIAL Aberdeen FC Supporters' Football Club are on the look out for some new faces.

Intermalamb FC, League winners in 2004/05 and Scottish Cup Winners in 2005/06, is a group of Aberdeen fans who play 11-a-side football in the Internet Football Association.

The team generally play the supporters of the SPL club that Aberdeen are playing on Saturday or Sunday morning, before heading to the 'big game' in the afternoon.

Intermalamb also play in both Scottish and British Cup competitions, as well as enjoying an annual pilgrimage to Leeds for 'Worldnet', a 64-to-72-team tournament with supporters' teams from Scotland, England, Italy and France all taking part.

Allan McLean of Intermalamb told Aberdeen-Mad: "We're looking for Aberdeen supporters with a bit of footballing ability who fancy a game of football in the morning prior to The Dons' games.

"A lot of our games tend to be away as for some reason other teams don't seem keen on travelling to Aberdeen, so this could definitely suit the Central Belt fans as well - half our current team live in Edinburgh/Fife!

"If you want to get involved, we'll get in touch with some upcoming fixtures where players may be invited along for a 'trial' game, in order to let the gaffer see what you can do!"

Contact Intermalamb by sending an email to allanmclean@o2.co.uk with the subject line 'Intermalamb FC', detailing your ability, any past football experience, position and any other details you feel appropriate.
