There is sure to be a large support travelling down for what is likely to be an all-ticket affair between the North-East rivals, with extra spice added by the chance for the Aberdeen supporters to congratulate Lee Miller on his transfer to Tannadice from Bristol City after weeks of pissing us about.
The Dons' first visit to Ibrox is on Bonfire Night, the 5th of November, and there are sure to be the usual fireworks. By that time, the huns will have already travelled up to Pittodrie on Sunday, August the 14th for a live game on Setanta.
The 10th of September will see the Red Army travelling to Celtic Park, a happy hunting ground in 2004 but not yet so in 2005. The last-day SPL losers make their way to Pittodrie for the return fixture on the 3rd of December.
