Brown was selected for his country's last fixture, the Gary Speed memorial match versus Costa Rica in February.
Brown made his full Welsh debut in a friendly against Trinidad and Tobago in 2006.
The popular keeper was replaced for recent Dons games by fit-again Jamie Langfield.
Wales' friendly match will be played at the MeLife Stadium in Rutherford, New Jersey, on Sunday 27th May 2012. Kick off will be at 3.06pm local time, 8.06pm UK time.
