Coca-Cola Championship newcomers Luton Town have signed midfielder Markus Heikkinen from the Dons.
The Finnish international Heikkinen is reported by Sky Sports to have signed a two-year deal at Kenilworth Road. The 26-year-old has played in England before with Portsmouth, and has been looking to leave the Dons for over a year. Feisty midfielder Heikks was on the verge of signing for Eintrach Frankfurt last summer, but the deal fell through. He had a spell at trial with Doncaster Rovers before eventually plumping for the dizzy heights of Luton.
