Henry Gets Extended McStay

Republic of Ireland U-21 internationalist Henry McStay will play in Tuesday night's game with Montrose in a further attempt to woo the Dons management team into offering him a contract. The 20-year-old played in Saturday's game at Huntly and will hope to improve on a steady-but-unspectacular Dons debut.

Jimmy Calderwood was happy enough with the performance of the young centre-half. He told RedWeb: "I thought he did ok. He was playing against two powerful strikers but he stuck to his task. We have been to see him a couple of times last season at Leeds and he will be staying with us until Wednesday."
