Aberdeen Win The League

Last updated : 31 March 2005 By Stand Free Ed
Poor old Dunfermline yet again have to look up at Aberdeen and wonder why we have it in for them. The Pars' programme had to take runners-up spot for the second year running to the Dons Red Matchday magazine as they once again won the 'SPL Programme of the Year' award. This is the fourth consecutive year that Aberdeen's programme has won the prestigious title, although at that price it damn well should be good...

Hearts' fans will be over the moon with their third place, with third in the league being the height of their ambitions (bless 'em), and with Inverness Caledonian Thistle claiming fourth place in their first season in the top flight they have received a timely boost ahead of their first league 'North of Scotland derby' on Saturday.

The full placings were as follows:
  1. Aberdeen
  2. Dunfermline
  3. Hearts
  4. ICT
  5. Dundee Utd
  6. Kilmarnock
  7. Rangers
  8. Dundee
  9. Hibs
  10. Celtic
  11. Livingston
  12. Motherwell

Congratulations to all of the Dons programme team from everyone at Stand-Free!
