ABERDEEN could be set to recall a pair of long-term injury victims on Saturday.

The Scottish Cup fourth-round tie at Alloa could see Stuart Duff and Tommy Wright return to action after lengthy lay-offs.

Dons assistant boss Jimmy Nicholl said: "Stuart Duff and Tommy Wright both trained this morning. It was good to see them out and about, joining in the football.

"We will just have to see now if they have any reaction."

Nicholl added that Charlie Mulgrew is fit for the game, and Andrew Considine and Sammy Stewart also trained this week.

But the Dons will still be missing some first-teamers, as Nicholl added: "Ones that did not train were Derek Young, Jamie Smith, Jared and Bert."
