Ash Taylor returns to Aberdeen's squad having recovered sufficiently from a knee injury to play 90 minutes for the under-20 side in midweek.

However, Johnny Hayes (hamstring), Nicky Low (groin) and Russell Anderson (knee) are still not fit for selection.

Derek McInnes said: "We're playing with a lot of confidence at the moment, we have a lot of strong performers, a lot of players playing at a level that's pleasing.

"I think any win, at this stage of the season, if you can go joint top with Celtic going into March, then it's a huge dose of belief for everybody.

"I believe the team is capable of going and winning there and I know I have a team that believe that as well."

Rat-faced Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths is a doubt for the match with an ankle injury. Emilio Izaguirre may be fit despite injuring his hand against Inter Milan, while Dons reject Charlie Mulgrew and Mikael Lustig remain sidelined.
