Dons Kid Mitch Heads To Arbroath

YOUNG Dons striker Mitch Megginson has today joined Scottish Second Division side Arbroath on an emergency loan until the end of the season.

The 17-year-old goes straight into the Red Lichties squad for this weekend's trip to face Clyde.

The youngster made his first team debut in the Europa League qualifier second leg against Sigma Olomuc.

But despite his promising showing in that dead rubber, Megginson has failed to join fellow kids Peter Pawlett and Fraser Fyvie as first-team regulars, instead scoring six goals for the Under 19s this season.
